High Definition Plasma Cutting
Precision high-definition cutting combined with plasma edge beveling gives us unsurpassed flexibility in processing stainless and nickel alloy plate parts. We have a state-of-the-art High Definition Plasma Cutter capable of cutting high definition up to 2.0” (50.8 mm).
Abrasive Waterjet Cutting
We offer multiple abrasive waterjet cutting systems for the most economical abrasive waterjet cutting technology available.
5-Axis Abrasive Waterjet Cutting
Our five-axis abrasive waterjet cutting system is capable of processing your most challenging cutting requirements. It produces cost-effective contour bevel parts, chamfer holes, and weld bevels including K-Bevels.
Machincut Rings and Discs
Our specialty of the house, Machincut rings and discs are machined to a tolerance of +1/16" - .000" on the O.D. and +.000" - 1/16" on the I.D. to give you a smoother edge with better concentricity than a plasma cut edge.
Laser Cutting Center
Our laser cutting system is capable of cutting stainless and nickel alloy plates and unique patterns through 1" (31.8mm) thick.
